About This Product

■Summary

Overview Using a combination of a shape-aligning cutter, a large 5-unit suction kink, and a comprehensive finisher for tencha, the stems and leaf veins are removed from rough tencha, the raw material for matcha, and processed into finished tea in a fully automated manner.

■Finishing process

・The rough tea put into the bucket elevator is crushed by a crusher and then sent to the vacuum karaki. ・The stems and leaf veins removed by the winnowing machine are discharged from the removed product outlet, and the product is sent to the second winnowing machine. ・The stems and leaf veins removed by the second Karaki are re-pulverized by a roll crusher, sent to the third Karaki for re-sorting, and the leaves are discharged from the product outlet along with the products from the second Karaki. will be done. ・The removed products from the third chisel are discharged from the removed products exit together with the removed products from the first chisel.

■Structure that prevents dust from being discharged outside the machine

-The exhaust gas from the three wind sorting machines is separated into air and tea powder by a cyclone. The cyclone exhaust gas is not released outside the machine, but is circulated inside the machine, which is sealed, so no dust is emitted. ・Dust inside the machine collects in a receiving box at the bottom when cleaning, making cleaning easy. ・The tea powder separated by the cyclone is structured to merge with the product, achieving a high yield.

■Considering sanitary properties

All product contact parts are made of stainless steel, the cyclone has a door for cleaning, and the rotary valve has removable blades so that the inside can be cleaned.
