■SummaryImage processing is used to remove foreign substances that cannot be removed using mechanical methods such as metal detectors, X-rays, wind power, magnetism, and static electricity. Equipped with a special infrared camera, it removes all foreign substances in tea leaves, regardless of color, such as green insects and resin particles that are difficult to detect with the naked eye.

■Special green tea machine and all-purpose machine compatible with all kinds of tea leaves・You can choose between a dedicated green tea machine (UDS-FM) and an all-purpose machine (UDS-EFM) that can handle all kinds of tea leaves, including roasted green tea and black tea.
・In the green tea dedicated machine, a near-infrared camera that detects chlorophyll detects foreign matter without chlorophyll, and a transparent foreign matter detection camera removes transparent foreign matter.
・This versatile machine is equipped with a color camera in addition to the two cameras of the green tea machine, and can detect and remove foreign substances even if they differ in color.
・Since the raw materials flow on a flat chute with a steep slope, even light tea leaves such as deep-steamed tea and tencha can be sorted with a high yield. Also, you don't have to worry about being bothered by static electricity in the winter.
- Ejectors (air guns) that remove defective products and foreign objects are arranged at a pitch of 5mm to minimize the amount of products that are removed together.

■Automatically create sensitivity threshold・Threshold values ​​can be automatically created by manually inputting products and memorizing the product's color range, and manually inputting defective products to be removed and memorizing the color range of the defective products. Up to 8 types of threshold values ​​can be set for one type, and programs for up to 99 types can be memorized.
- Up to 99 settings can be set such as Sencha mode, Tencha mode, Hojicha mode, etc. When switching modes, just read the number and the sorting conditions will be automatically adjusted.
- Large 12-inch touch panel displays sensitivity, flow rate, and product color range in real time.
