About This Product

■Summary

This is a color sorter that simultaneously inspects three-dimensional objects such as sausages, whole vegetables, and fruits in four directions.

■Selection target

Sausages, whole vegetables, fruits, fries, snacks, etc.

■Simultaneous inspection in 4 directions using full color CCD camera

・Full-color CCD camera detects product defects from 4 directions, detecting defects up to a minimum size of 50μm x 50μm. - When the camera detects a defective product or foreign object, the ejector (air gun) injects compressed air to eliminate it.

■Washable and easy to clean

The entire device is waterproof and can be washed with water.

■Easy operation with LCD touch panel

・Threshold values ​​can be automatically created by manually inputting products and memorizing the product's color range, and manually inputting defective products to be removed and memorizing the color range of the defective products. Up to 8 types of threshold values ​​can be set for one type, and programs for up to 99 types can be memorized. - Large 12-inch touch panel displays sensitivity, flow rate, and product color range in real time. - Easily check the operation of each ejector in ejector test mode.
