About This Product

■Summary

This color sorter is designed to detect foreign substances down to 0.05mm in size, specifically for removing foreign substances such as pharmaceuticals and mineral-containing salts.

■Selection target

Medical products, salt, dry granules

■High-resolution 3CCD camera and high-speed ejector

・Full-color 3CCD camera detects defective products and foreign objects with different colors in both front and rear directions. Even if the foreign matter is the same color, if the reflectance or transmittance in the infrared region is different, you can remove it by adding an infrared camera as an option. - Raw materials fall naturally on a flat stainless steel chute, making it possible to sort raw materials of all shapes and sizes. It exhibits overwhelming power in color sorting and removing foreign substances from powdered foods, pharmaceuticals, industrial raw materials, etc. - Defective products detected by the camera are removed by an ejector with a width of 2.5 mm, dramatically reducing the number of good products that are removed along with defective products.

■Easy operation with LCD touch panel

- Up to 99 types of objects to be sorted can be set, and when switching modes, the sorting conditions are automatically adjusted just by reading out the number. - Large 12-inch touch panel displays sensitivity, flow rate, and product color range in real time. - Easily check the operation of each ejector in ejector test mode. -Equipped with an hour meter and light source deterioration detection function, and a message will be displayed when maintenance is due.

■Automatically create sensitivity threshold

Thresholds can be created automatically by manually feeding the product and memorizing the color range of the product, and by manually feeding the defective product you want to remove and memorizing the color range of the defective product. Eight types of threshold values ​​can be set for one variety.
