■SummaryThis is a color sorter for wet foods that can be completely washed with water.

■Selection targetCut vegetables, fruits, kettle-fried whitebait, peeled shrimp, stemmed seaweed, salmon flakes, frozen foods, etc.

■In addition to simultaneous inspection in two directions using a full-color CCD camera, it is now possible to detect foreign objects of the same color using a near-infrared camera, and detect defective products and foreign objects based on their shape using a shape recognition camera.・Full-color CCD camera detects product defects from two directions, top and bottom, and detects defects up to a minimum size of 0.2 mm x 0.2 mm.
- An infrared camera can be installed as an option when removing foreign objects of the same color that are difficult to distinguish with a color camera.
・A shape recognition camera can now be added as an option to detect defects in size and shape.
- When the camera detects a defective product or foreign object, the ejector (air gun) injects compressed air to eliminate it.

■Washable and easy to cleanThe entire device is waterproof and can be washed with water.

■Automatically create sensitivity thresholdThresholds can be created automatically by manually feeding the product and memorizing the color range of the product, and by manually feeding the defective product you want to remove and memorizing the color range of the defective product.
