About This Product

■Summary

A color sorter for grains equipped with a full-color 3CCD camera. It exhibits tremendous ability to remove defective products with different colors and foreign objects, which is difficult to do with monochrome cameras.

■Selection target

Brown rice, white rice, barley, wheat, sesame, beans, etc.

■In addition to the front and rear color CCD cameras, two types of infrared cameras can be installed.

Front and rear color cameras detect defective products and foreign objects by different colors. Additionally, it is possible to add one infrared camera at the front and back, making it possible to remove foreign objects of the same color and defective products at the same time. Raw materials are supplied in fixed quantities by an electromagnetic feeder, and if any camera determines that the product is defective, it is removed by an ejector using compressed air.

■Automatically create sensitivity threshold

Thresholds can be created automatically by manually feeding the product and memorizing the color range of the product, and by manually feeding the defective product you want to remove and memorizing the color range of the defective product. Up to 8 types of threshold values ​​can be set for one type, and programs for up to 99 types can be memorized.
