■SummaryThis is a belt conveyor type color sorting machine for sorting foods with shapes that are difficult to flow down the chute. In addition to foods of all shapes, it is also possible to sort industrial raw materials such as resin pieces and ores.

■Selection targetRice, wheat, white sesame, black sesame, beans, black tea, green tea, oolong tea, hijiki, seaweed, chili pepper, dried shrimp, corn, medicines, plastic pellets, ore, etc.

■Combination of high-speed belt conveyor, 3CCD camera, and near-infrared camera- A high-speed belt conveyor lines up the raw materials and transports them to the inspection area at high speed.
・Full-color 3CCD camera detects defective products and foreign objects of different colors from both the top and bottom.
・Near-infrared camera detects foreign objects with similar colors.
- Ejectors (air guns) installed at 5mm intervals remove defective products and foreign objects.

■4 wavelength analysis・The 3CCD color camera detects the three wavelengths of red, blue, and green, and the high-speed processor instantly calculates the brightness and hue to detect items with brightness and hue outside the range of good products.
・A near-infrared camera detects things outside the product's area in the near-infrared region. If the product is determined to be defective by any of the criteria, it will be removed by the ejector.

■Automatically create sensitivity threshold・Threshold values ​​can be automatically created by manually inputting products and memorizing the product's color range, and manually inputting defective products to be removed and memorizing the color range of the defective products. Up to 8 types of threshold values ​​can be set for one type, and programs for up to 99 types can be memorized.
- Ejector test function allows you to check the operation of all ejectors individually or continuously.

■One-touch belt replacement- One-touch belt loosening device makes cleaning and replacing the belt easy.
・A sheathed bar magnet with a maximum surface magnetic flux density of 10,000G can be installed as an option. Since it is in a sheath, you can easily collect the deposits by simply pulling the magnet out of the sheath.
