About This Product

■SummaryThis is a color sorting machine exclusively for light and irregularly shaped spices. By dropping it down a steeply sloped flat chute and performing image processing using a full-color 3CCD camera, it is possible to identify foreign substances in food by color, down to the size of 0.2 mm square, and remove them reliably.

■Selection targetGreen seaweed, spices, lightweight, irregularly shaped items

■Plane chute and CCD camera・Full-color CCD camera detects and removes foreign objects of different colors.
- A CCD camera dedicated to removing foreign objects of the same color detects and removes foreign objects that are similar in color to the product. The same-color foreign substance removal camera uses a chlorophyll detection camera (F) for raw materials with a high chlorophyll content, and a near-infrared camera (S) for other tea leaves.
・As raw materials flow on a steeply sloped flat chute, light leaf-like foods can be sorted with a high yield. Also, you don't have to worry about being bothered by static electricity in the winter.
- The ejectors (air cannons) that remove defective products and foreign objects are arranged at a pitch of 5 mm over a chute width of 43 cm, minimizing the amount of products that are removed together.

■Easy operation with LCD touch panel- Up to 99 settings can be set such as normal color sorting mode, foreign object removal mode, red bar removal mode, etc. When switching modes, just read the number and the sorting conditions will be automatically adjusted.
- Large 12-inch touch panel displays sensitivity, flow rate, and product color range in real time.
- Easily check the operation of each ejector in ejector test mode.
-Equipped with an hour meter and light source deterioration detection function, and a message will be displayed when maintenance is due.

■Detects 4 wavelengths and identifies foreign objects- A full-color CCD camera that detects the three wavelengths of red, green, and blue determines the brightness and hue and removes anything outside the product area.
- If there is a foreign object that the color camera determines has the same brightness and hue as the product, the foreign object removal camera detects it using wavelengths outside the visible light range and removes it.
