About This Product

■Exhibits high corrosion resistance, high heat resistance, and excellent rust prevention ability.

Dacro treatment involves coating high-strength bolts by dipping them in a dacrotized treatment solution, and then heat-treating them in a baking furnace at 270°C to 330°C to create excellent rust prevention ability. The finished appearance is a beautiful silver-white dacro coating.

■Features

・There is no hydrogen embrittlement, so there is no concern about delayed fracture. ・Torque coefficient value is stable by applying special surface lubrication treatment to the nut. ・When applying a top coat, it is possible to color the product by using the appropriate paint, and it has excellent adhesion with the paint.

■Robust, flexible and stable quality

To ensure stable axial tightening torque, we conduct temperature dependence experiments under harsh conditions of 0 to 60°C for quality control. In addition, we enhance product reliability through strict process control that meets accuracy requirements of 1/100 to 1/1,000 mm.
