■Super early strength performance
・People can walk in 10 minutes, and vehicles can pass within an hour.
- Can be put into service very early, and special equipment is not required for small-scale repair work.
- Can be repaired easily and quickly by one or two people.
■Wide temperature range
・Repairs can be made without stopping operation even in a -35°C frozen warehouse. (There is a track record of construction at -35 to +46℃)
・We can handle everything from repairing floors in cold storage warehouses to repairing concrete pavement under the scorching sun.
・When the temperature is 20℃, the pot life is about 20 minutes, and it reaches 20N/mm2 in about 4 hours after mixing. (The time will vary depending on the temperature and thickness of the repair.)
■Super easy construction
- Just add water and mix for 2 minutes.
・No need for primer, secondary finishing, or wet curing.
・I use a hand mixer, but if it's about 1kg, you can mix it by hand in a plastic bag.
- Contains fiber to prevent dripping, and can be used for both thick and thin coatings by adjusting the amount of mixing water.
-Uses very fine sand, so it can be troweled neatly.
- Ideal for repairs that are applied with a trowel to walls and sloped surfaces at temperatures above 5°C.
■Completely inorganic material with consideration for aesthetics, harmless and odorless
- Since it is inorganic, there is no need to worry about deterioration over time due to ultraviolet rays, etc., or deformation or deterioration due to heat.
- Harmless, odorless, and has excellent heat resistance, making it ideal for food warehouses, markets, and kitchens.
・Same color as concrete. (There is also a white type that can be beautifully colored)
・Since it is completely inorganic, it does not generate volatile organic compounds (VOC).
■Good adhesion performance to concrete
・It also acts as a primer by soaking into the concrete, so there is no need to apply primer to the adhesive surface.
- There is no problem whether the adhesive surface is dry or damp.
■Long term durability
No shrinkage, low elastic modulus, and strong adhesion for long-term integration with existing parts.
■No shrinkage and elastic modulus set slightly lower than concrete
-Although it has higher strength than normal strength concrete, its elastic modulus is set lower than that of concrete, and it has excellent ability to follow deformation due to temperature changes and stress in the base material.
- Combined with the fact that it does not shrink, it can maintain adhesion to the base material for a long period of time.
