About This Product

■Features of square type

・The grid is a 24.8mm square. The concave shape on the bar surface increases the anti-slip effect. - Plain type with flat bar surface and non-slip type with silica sand sprayed are also available.

■Features

・Pitch 25mm ・Lightweight and strong: FRP is molded into a lattice shape, so it is light and strong, and has excellent lighting and ventilation. In addition, the specific strength (strength compared to specific gravity) is 15 for FRP, compared to 5.4 for iron (mild steel) and 7.0 for aluminum. ・It has a long service life and is colored with pigments, so there is no need for repainting or replacement. It doesn't rust and can withstand chemicals. Furthermore, it does not conduct electricity and is not magnetic. Easy to process and easy to fit on site. ・It takes full advantage of the chemical resistance that is a characteristic of resin, and exhibits corrosion resistance against most dilute acid and salt solutions. ・The non-slip specification has recesses on the surface of the bearing bar, which prevents it from slipping in all directions. - Glass fiber is blended with special technology and the resin is given a constant heating effect, so there is no variation in quality.

■Handling precautions

・Do not use with loads exceeding the design conditions. Failure to do so may result in damage and an accident. - Wear leather gloves or work gloves when transporting, moving, or laying the product. Glass fibers may cause injury. ・Do not drop or subject it to impact. Chips and cracks may occur on the surface. ・In the case of a Mizobuta, please install the receiving frame horizontally. Insufficient levelness may cause wobbling. ・Please keep away from fire. Doing so may cause deformation or combustion. -Plastic products may discolor, fade, or deteriorate when used outdoors for long periods of time. - If used without painting, glass fibers may come out on the surface due to deterioration of the synthetic resin.
