■High-precision position measurement using incremental linear encoder

Non-contact optical encoders measure the actual position directly on the motion platform with the highest accuracy so that nonlinearities, mechanical play, or elastic deformations do not affect the position measurement.

■User software

・PIM micro move. - PI General Command Set (GCS). ・NI LabVIEW driver. Compatible with μManager, MetaMorph, Andor iQ, MATLAB.

■Application field

-For Nikon, Olympus and Leica inverted microscopes, other microscope versions are available upon request. ・For super-resolution microscopes, tiling, and automatic scanning microscopes.
