About This Product

"Actinova" is a biofluid consisting of naturally derived substances and microorganisms. This "Actinova" was developed as a fermentation agent for compost and a soil conditioner for gardening. There are no specially synthesized artificial substances, all products are of natural origin. It includes multiple microorganisms, substances that play a role in supporting microbial growth, and products that are considered after being applied to the soil. We do not intentionally seek high temperature fermentation. It exhibits excellent performance in aerobic to aerobic conditions that start and end gradually. This is a fermentation aid that helps produce high-quality compost in a short period of time by promoting the composting of organic waste.

■Features

・Reduces bad odors during compost fermentation. ・It has an EC (electrical conductivity) lowering effect and has a positive effect on the cultivated land where it is applied. - Lowers the C/N ratio of sawdust and bark compost. ・It is particularly effective in volume reduction and composting when composting food waste. Livestock manure compost using sawdust, bark, and rice husks as conditioners contains a lot of lignin that is difficult to decompose, so secondary fermentation begins after it is applied to the soil as compost. Compost using conditioners has a high C/N ratio and is highly disliked by cultivating farmers. "Actinova" decomposes lignin into glucose and then into oligosaccharides through dehydrogenation. This substance then ferments as a source of nutrients for microorganisms. An example of the use of dairy cow compost is as follows.

■Prerequisites

・The moisture content of milking cow manure (after solid-liquid separation) is 85%. ・Target moisture content after mixing sawdust is 70%.

■Amount of sawdust added

280-300 kg of sawdust per 1 ton of cow dung

■Amount of “Actinova” added

500 to 800 ml of "Actinova" is diluted 50 to 100 times to 1,300 kg of the above mixture, and this is sprayed and mixed. From now on, 300 to 500 ml of "Actinova" will be sufficient, considering that it will be reused after six months.

■Approximate cutback and fermentation period

・Cutback: 9 times x 7 days = 63 days ・Agitated fermentation: 30 to 40 days ・Total: Approximately 100 to 110 days
