About This Product

■Summary

Our primer is a primer for adhering substances with different polarities.Our primer is compatible with adhering various tapes such as polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, etc., and a wide variety of adhesives.

■How to use

- An undercoating process is applied to the treated surface of the polypropylene film, which has been surface oxidized by corona discharge machining. - Immediately before this step, uniformly mix 100 parts by weight of Primer #100A and 7 parts by weight of Primer #100B, and apply approximately 20 g/m2 (in solution) of the prepared primer using a Kiss or gravure coater, at room temperature or below 50°C. Air dry. ・Apply rubber adhesive at a rate of 80 to 150g/m2 to the application surface and dry.
