About This Product

■Summary

TOYOZEX is an anti-stick agent that is effective in preventing the sticking of low-viscosity unvulcanized rubber fabrics that tend to stick. Conventionally, inorganic chemicals such as calcium carbonate, clay, and talc have been used as anti-stick agents for unvulcanized rubber fabrics, but these have caused several problems, such as deterioration of the working environment due to powder scattering and occupational health problems. There was a point. Toyozex was developed to solve these problems. Toyozex forms a non-scattering film when used alone, and the film is colorless and transparent. There is almost no scattering after drying, and there is no effect on vulcanized properties or aging resistance.

■Features

・An anti-adhesive material that is effective in preventing the adhesion of low-viscosity unvulcanized rubber fabrics that tend to stick. ・When used alone, it forms an anti-adhesion film that does not scatter, and the film is colorless and transparent. Therefore, a product with a good appearance and finish can be obtained. There is almost no scattering after drying, and there is no effect on vulcanized properties or aging resistance. ・As it is a liquid anti-adhesive agent, it improves the working environment and does not cause problems such as the reduction in kneading effect caused by "slipping" on the rolls during re-kneading, which occurs with commonly used metal soaps. ・It does not cause problems such as mold contamination and adhesion inhibition that occur with silicone-based and wax-based products. ・Toyozex aqueous solution has almost no foaming. ・Can be used effectively for all kinds of rubber conbounds.

■How to use

・Please dilute the undiluted solution with water before use. (Usually used by diluting Toyozex at a ratio of 6 to 9 parts water. Depending on the viscosity of the compound, dilute it with water at a ratio of 5 to 8 parts.) ・Apply an aqueous solution of Toyozex to the surface of the unvulcanized rubber fabric or take the ribbon out into the Toyozex aqueous solution bath, and immerse the partially taken out unvulcanized rubber fabric for anti-adhesion treatment. ・When applying anti-adhesion treatment, stir well before use to ensure a uniform TOYOZEX aqueous solution.
