About This Product

■Air consumption: Up to 62%* reduction

*Our conditions: Maximum reduction rate within product specifications (at operating pressure 0.7MPa, low pressure 0.2MPa) ・Monitors the status of equipment on standby (when shipping is stopped) and automatically lowers the pressure. Reduce unnecessary air consumption. ・Reduce air consumption by lowering the pressure during production stop/equipment standby (standby mode) ・Reduces air consumption by shutting off the valve when the equipment is stopped (isolation mode) A residual pressure exhaust valve can further reduce air consumption by cutting off the air supply. It also has an automatic isolation mode that can shut off after a set time from standby mode.

■Visualize production equipment status

"Flow rate", "pressure", "temperature" and various sensor information can be communicated with the host system using industrial Ethernet or data communication protocol OPC UA.

■Compatible with IO-Link

IO-Link port located on the back of the air management hub

■Example of IoT usage using air management system

・Remote monitoring and operation possible ・"Pressure", "flow rate" and "temperature" information can be sent

■Compatible with SMC wireless system

・No need for communication cable between base and remote (reduced wiring work/space/cost/reduced risk of disconnection) ・Can connect to up to 10 remotes (AMS20/30/40/60 or small wireless) ・High security through encryption ・Can be retrofitted to existing equipment
