About This Product

This is a system for visual inspection of steel plates. Detects scratches, dents, etc. that occur during the processing process. Our responsibility was to design, manufacture, and install the system on the existing steel plate processing line.

■About the start of demonstration experiments at manufacturing sites using local 5G]

This demonstration experiment was announced on September 16, 2020 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications as a "Contract for research and study on the technical conditions of local 5G, etc. in the factory field related to the development and demonstration of realizing regional problem-solving local 5G, etc." This project was selected as a project that aims to automate inspections and remotely confirm quality.
