About This Product
■ Product overview
Molten zinc -6%aluminum -3%Magnesium alloy plating steel plate with high corrosion resistance performance. It has excellent corrosion resistance, flaw resistance, and processing, and can be widely applied from structures to architecture, electronics, and automotive fields.
■ Features
-The plane portion contains magnesium zinc, zinc -aluminum protective film, to exert excellent corrosion resistance, 10 to 20 times compared to molten zinc plating.
-The terminal portion is excellent in corrosion resistance by the precise zinc -based film, including magnesium eluted from the plating layer, covering the terminal.
・ Since the amount of plating of about 1/6 of the melting zinc plating is shown in red rust resistance of equal or higher, the immersion potential is almost the same, so it can also be proposed as a rust prevention technology that is an alternative to plating.
・ In addition to the JIS G 3323 target products, the optimal steel plate can be prepared according to the use of the Shinko standard (each with a hot Nobehara plate and the cooled noodle plate).
-The surface treatment can be selected for "inorganic chromate -free processing (G1/G3)", "organic chromate -free processing (G2)", "unprocessed (M)", and can only be used for unprocessed oil.
■ Examples of use
There are many electrical boards, solar geants, wooden decks, soundproof walls, structural members for warehouses, pallets, plastic structural components of mechanical multi -story parking lots, structural components of prefabricated houses, snow fences, cable racks, and water heaters, and so on.
* Other standards and original plate types are also available. In addition, this series has other model numbers (standards).
