・ Reflow reflective rate 90% ・ Lightness is 10%up without changing the existing module design (reduced cost)

■ Characteristics (experimental value, not warranty value)

・ Reflective rate 91.4% (470 nm), 94.3% (550 nm) ・ Adhesion strength 4.2 N/cm ・ It is resistant to alkaline, and the reflectance is 0.5 to 1%decreased in the sulfur -resistant test * No blackening ・ 3rd time reflow after reflow 3%decrease (initial 550Nm 93%) ・ Pencil altitude 4H

■ What is FPC?

A structure with a conductor on a thin plastic insulating film is called a flexible substrate (FPC).
