About This Product

■ Features

・ Operability is improved and functions are enhanced by using PC. ・ The potential difference between double nickel and trinics can be measured by using comparison silver electrode (optional) and potential graph measurement. ・ The electrolytic solution according to the plating metal is dissolved by a constant current, and the plating thickness is measured from the time required for the dissolution. -The multilayer film can set up to 5 layers of measurement conditions. ・ Data processing is easy with Windowsⓡ specification. ・ In the event of an abnormal value due to the upper and lower limit settings, the deficit of the measured value is displayed and the warning sound. ・ "Tin/copper" measurement can be measured separately from the pure tin layer and the alloy layer. ・ Measurement channel up to 50 channels can be registered ・ The type of electric solution used is automatically displayed by the combination of film and base.

■ Measurement principle

The electrolyte tailored to the plating metal dissolves a certain area by a constant current, and the plating thickness is measured from the time required for the dissolution.

■ Standard

Our film enemoder is JIS (Japanese standard industry) H8501, H8610-8619, ASTM (American Materials Test Association) B504-82, MIL (US military standard), ISO (international standard) 2177, DIN (German standard) 50932 It is an international measuring instrument that meets the standards such as 50955 and has been certified with US Cocool.
