About This Product

■ Features

・ 4 Executive probe (Kelvin type) is adopted. Double -sided substrates and multi -layered substrates can be measured without being affected by the back and inner layers. ・ Use a PC. The screen is large and easy to see. ・ Easy proofreading and measurement. Two types of range can be selected and 2 to 120 μm metal film can be measured. ・ Since it can be registered up to up to 40 channels, it can be managed by separating the channel by separating the user name and part number. ・ Measurement data can be saved for each channel, and statistical items can be set by setting statistical items in the measurement data later. ・ Notify the abnormal value by setting the upper limit of the film thickness.

■ Measurement principle

In the probe, four metal pins (probes) are lined up linearly. Measure these four short needles to contact the metal foil or metal plating surface on the insulator. The constant current (i) is poured into the two short needles on the outside, and the voltage (V) is measured. Metal foil or metal plating thickness (t) that contacts the shorts can be calculated in the following formula under certain conditions. T = K × I ÷ v Here, K is a constant. Therefore, the thickness of metal foil and metal plating can be measured by measuring the voltage between the two inner short hands.
