About This Product

It is a device that reduces the amount of organic dirt generated in biological treatment facilities. The concentrated sludge or return sludge is destroyed by the shearing of a high -speed stirring device, and the sludge solubilizes sludge by heating. Since solubilized sludge is a BOD source, it can be reduced by returning it to the aeration tank again and processing it.

■ Features

・ High reduction rate (50-80%) is obtained, and dehydration cake (slurry) is about 1/2 to 1/5. ・ Because it is easy and highly effective, the processing cost is inexpensive and the cost of sludge disposal can be significantly reduced.
