About This Product

The pipeline mixer is a stirring device with a built -in homomixer in the pipe. As the processing solution passes through the pipe, the effects of emulsification and dispersion as well as conventional homo mixers can be obtained.

■ Features

・ Circulation can be made by using another tank, and large amounts of emulsification and dispersion do not take up space. ・ By high -speed rotation of homo mixer, which has both shearing and crushing power, the raw materials that have passed through the pipeline are fine -grained, emulsified and mixture, and move to the next step. -The standard is a two -stage specification for low -viscosity and a homo mixer for high viscosity, but if you use a three -stage or four -stage specification, the stirring ability will be improved.

■ PM-1500 ~ PM-22000 (Described based on actual bases * Consultation required)

-The processing amount changes depending on the motor capacity and rotation speed. ・ Liquid part material SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, other special materials can be supported ・ Stirring blades: Homoxer (low viscosity / high viscosity)
