About This Product

Features
■ Supply air by expanding the spool in the jointWhen air is supplied to the joint, the spool extends 9mm and touches the connection destination, so the installation location and connection location of the device expand much (the actual connection distance is 7 mm).

■ Simple spool operationThe spool protrudes with the air supply pressure to the joint, and when the supply pressure is gone, it is pulled in with spring force. A series of sequences operate only with air ON/OFF, so there is no need to supply power.

■ Compatible with the tolerance angle of the connection surface ± 1By adopting the floating mechanism for the spool itself, the connection surface tolerance angle to the other side can be followed by ± once.

■ Holding the equipment protection mechanism in the joint itselfIn order to protect the device from the impact due to the remaining pressure opening when the spool is separated, the joints themselves are held to protect the device.

■ Because it is a surface connection, it is easy to connectSince the connection is a surface connection, there is no need for a special device just by preparing a plate with a drill hole on the other side, so it is possible to minimize the cost to the connection side. (However, for the seal ring, the surface roughness on the connection side should be 6.3s).
