■ Product overview
・ Provides additional devices and peripheral devices that are not included in HES or TYSOM boards, and provide functional extensions of these boards.
・ Because it uses general -purpose connectors such as FMC and BPX, dotter cards can be reused on various hardware platforms.
・ It can be used as a PCIe root complex and provides two PCIE X4 interfaces or one PCIe X8 interface for endpoint cards equipped with standard PCIe connectors up to the maximum X16.
・ The lower part contains two PCIe connectors.
・ There are four PCIE lines that can be switched between two PCIe connectors using a passive switch on the board.
・ The 100MHz reference clock for PCIE and FMC connectors is generated using the LVDS oscillator of the FMC-PCIE card.
・ It is necessary to turn on the power using an external 12V power supply equipped with a 6 -pin PCIe power connector.
・ One of the board use cases is high -performance computing (HPC) application that requires high -speed and high -bandwidth data transfer.
・ Designed based on Vita 57.1 Standard and is supported by Aldec Tysom ™ built -in development card and Hes ™ prototype board.
