About This Product

■ Overview

The screw section shape of the FT screw is a hexagonal and the valley diameter is circular. At the top of the hexagon, the opponent's material is plastic deformed, and the screw processing and tightening are performed at the same time to stabilize. In addition, the vertex of the hexagonal part of the FT screw is twisted at an angle of about 12 degrees. Therefore, the screwed torque can be tightened with a small and stable torque.

■ If there is no screw

・ If there are lower holes such as drill holes, barring holes, and diaphragus holes, FT screws can be tightened while holding a screw. ・ Because the screw is made by plastic processing, no cutting is given. ・ Because of molding, screws are compatible, and JIS 2 -class lines can be used.

■ When there is a screw

・ There is no scale at the time of tightening. The welded welded welding weld nut screws, such as spatta or a hot strainer deformation, do not occur in FT screws in general bolts. ・ Excellent for removal of coating. Even with thick coating attached to the screw, FT screws are removed in the hexagonal part, so the scalir is significantly improved. ・ Masking or retap is not required. The standard material is iron (SECH16A/18A/10AM) or stainless steel (SUS410/XM7).
