About This Product

■ Features・ Lightweight, low cost per resin.
・ The body material is PP and PVDF, which is excellent in corrosion resistance.

■ One point outline・ Body material: PP, PVDF
・ Maximum use pressure: 1.0MPa (PP), 1.3MPa (PVDF)
・ Maximum use temperature: 65 ° C (PP), 93 ° C (PVDF)

■ Use・ Mixing liquid of liquid and gas or liquid (ozone + water = ozone water generator, etc.).
・ Transportation of pressurized liquids in an environment where electricity cannot be used (explosion -proof, outdoors).
・ Alternative applications of pumps with fluids whose electric pumps are not suitable (corrosive fluid / high life).

■ Principles・ When the pressurized liquid is supplied to the primary side, it is led to the (chamber) nozzle inside the entrance.
・ Pressure liquid is squeezed by nozzle and increases the flow velocity and flows into the diffuser.
・ The increase in the flow velocity will reduce the pressure (the theorem of Bernoui) and the fluid of the suction port flows in. (Vacuum occurs)
-The fluid of the input that flows is released to the secondary side with the fluid on the primary side.

■ Remarks・ PVDF specifications are composed of FDA (US Food Medical Bureau) licensed materials.
・ Production specifications vary depending on each series. Please check each specification page for details.
・ Please be careful when handling the piping for the resin.

■ Selection notes・ A differential pressure is required for ejector operation.
・ Since a characteristic table is available, please select based on the pressure and flow rate conditions.
・ The mainstream amount must be higher than the flow rate flowing through the suction port.
・ The piping posture of the ejector is recommended horizontally or vertical.
・ In order to maintain a stable suction condition, it is necessary to provide a full water condition or some resistance to provide a back pressure.
・ Please select a piping connection to the ejector with the same diameter or more caliber.
・ The body is made of resin, and plumbing should be used to prevent stress such as piping stress when connecting piping.
