■ Overview

・ Manufacturer: KOLLMORGEN ・ Application: Military, general industry, medical, robot The TBM2G (2nd Generation) series is the latest built -in motor of KOLLMORGEN. By reviewing materials, winding lines, and electromagnetic designs, a higher torque and more compact motor has been realized. In addition, the adoption of the automatic production method makes it a more suitable motor for mass production. 48VDC coil specifications can be adopted by many applications.

■ Features

・ Holder rotor, thin motor ・ Low voltage coil specification: 48VDC ・ Prepare the outer diameter size that is optimal for gear of Harmonic Drive Systems ・ Low costs by adopting automatic winding wires and ring type magnets ・ Ideal for robot joints, FAs, general industrial equipment, gimbal, etc.

■ Specifications / performance

・ Three kinds of coil specifications are prepared for each outer shape, and selected according to the request of speed torque. ・ The perfect size for matching with Harmonic Drive Systems Gear. -The large inner diameter can easily install a cable, shaft, tube, and encoder. ・ 48VDC coil specification is ideal for battery -driven applications such as AMR. ・ Even if the hole sensor is attached, the thickness of the motor does not change. ・ Temperature sensor: PT-1000, 3ptC's, selected from nothing ・ Hall sensor: Choose no, none ・ Reed: 0.5m lead, selected from None (Solder Pat) * There are other model numbers.
