About This Product

It is a pulse valve that allows a super -critical fluid at a predetermined interval with a high -pressure jet injection. The conventional one was the limit of injection with a pressure of about 10 MPa, but the use of a high -performance piezoelectric element (piezo element) as a drive source enabled stable injection under high pressure up to 30 MPa, further opening and closing the valve. High -speed response with 100 μs or less has been realized. Custom maids are possible in response to customer requests, such as temperature control (~ 100 ° C) of the valve head (~ 100 ° C) and mounting to a vacuum chamber.
