MH check is an innovative and next -generation measurement system that provides a quick and reliable solution to the needs of machine tools. The MH check system was created to quickly check the condition of the machine tool. The head measures and checks the reference artifacts (cubes with patterns, quadruple, bars), and identifies the calculation software, vertical, and length errors. This check will end in about 10 minutes. The time is greatly reduced compared to using other technologies. The purpose of the MH check system is to improve the quality of the parts to be produced. Realize quality improvement by discovering a machine tool error with regular checks. By providing higher quality production technology, it can be expected to improve customer satisfaction, improve your credibility, create more complex parts, and reduce costs due to declining number of returns. It leads to an extension of the spindle service life and improves production speed and manufacturing efficiency. MH check performs three -dimensional measurements and identifies the location, vertical, and length error.
