■Estel21 Power and Heat Load Creation Program

To calculate the exact energy load consumed by a building, there are BestProgram, Esumprogram, and the globally used EnergyPlus, which calculate by inputting detailed building specifications. However, inputting many items into these programs to calculate the load requires a high level of expertise and takes a lot of time. To solve this problem, we have developed a heat load creation program that calculates the power load and heat load from the total floor area of ​​the building in the basic unit for each building use, and can output it as a heat load file for our software Enepro21Regular and Enepro21Multi or as an Excel file. Features of Estel21

■Calculates the load for a building without complex zone calculations.

・Creates a heat load from a "basic unit master" for each material use and the total floor area of ​​the building. ・Can output as a heat load file for ENEPRO21Regular and Enepro21Multi or as an Excel file. In addition, you can combine basic units to create a heat load for a multi-use building or an entire development area. ・Create heat and power loads by modifying the indoor load conditions and outdoor load conditions according to the building specifications from the "Indoor Load Unit Master" (Indoor Load/Outdoor Load Database) for each building use.

■ Master data incorporates a wealth of heat load data

・More than 300 pieces of data have been registered, including data that we have averaged from the "Tokyo Metropolitan Area Cooling and Heating Load Database" published by the Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan, as well as our own heat load data. ・The energy system design information database compiled by the Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan in October 2015 has also been registered.

■ You can register the measured building load and user-created load in the "Unit Master"
