About This Product

overview

■Nagai Shokai lumber equipment lubricating device auto spray (air tank format).

・Air supply is required ・For twin bandsaw ・Solenoid valve 200V (standard) *100V, DC24V also available ・Refueling tank capacity 39L Features

■Safety design

The tank body has passed a water pressure test of 1.62Mpa (pressure in use is 0.2MPa, with safety valve)

■Lubrication amount adjustment

The amount of oil supplied can be adjusted using the oil amount adjustment knob on the regulator.

■Clogging prevention

38Φ, 60 mesh with large stainless steel wire mesh strainer

■1 unit for 2 units

Twin band, twin ripper, etc. can be branched into two circuits at the regulator outlet.

■Autonomous driving

Automatic operation is also possible by connecting a 200V solenoid valve to the control panel circuit.

■Modification to improve cooling and cleaning ability

Cooling and cleaning performance can be increased by simple modification to B-type regulator.

■Standard set contents

4 mouth spray, mounting stand, braided hose (4.5m, 8m), regulator (with strainer, pressure reducing valve, solenoid valve, safety valve, air tank, attachment parts bag, rust knock oil (2L), 1L polyjockey, instruction manual
