About This Product

■Summary

・Savinok Oil L-201 is an oil agent (water-soluble bandsaw cleaning rust preventive agent) for lumbering machine lubricating equipment that has improved lubrication performance compared to conventional Rubinok oil. Also, like conventional products, it is extremely advantageous in terms of cost and safety (fire/inhalation) compared to kerosene and diesel oil. ・This product is based on vegetable oil, and its excellent lubrication properties reduce the load on feeding materials when sawing hard materials such as zelkova or highly resinous materials such as pine. Additionally, the high surface tension prevents sawdust and tar from sticking to the bandsaw surface and pulleys. Of course, just like conventional products, it enables significant cost reductions compared to kerosene and diesel oil, and is also superior in terms of safety, so it has advantages in improving the working environment, preventing fires, and selling sawdust to farms and delivering pallets to the food industry.

■Features

・Because it is water-soluble, there is little odor at the concentration used, improving the working environment. Even the undiluted solution is not subject to regulations under the Fire Service Act. ・Excellent cooling performance for saws as it is water soluble. Achieves high speed and high precision sawing. The difference is even more obvious with circular saws. ・It has a higher surface tension than conventional products, which allows for smoother sliding between the saw and the material, reducing the load of material feeding even when sawing hard materials or materials with strong resin. ・It has higher lubrication performance than conventional products, reducing the load on the saw blade and improving its durability even when sawing hard materials or highly resinous materials. ・Compared to conventional products, it is less likely to harden even when mixed with sawdust or resin, preventing it from sticking to the band saw surface or pulley.
