About This Product

■This partition has basic properties such as non-combustibility, sound insulation, and earthquake resistance, as well as features such as sound absorption and heat insulation.Hollow double structure with front and back split panels. Estimated panel thickness 80mm (hollow part 53mm) Type Reliable performance and full functionality.

■Wiring workIt has a structure in which the stud is sandwiched between the front and back panels, and the hollow layer inside the panels allows for easy wiring and piping. Even after construction, the panels can be removed for smooth maintenance.

■Nonflammable performance (Nonflammable material certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism NM-3212)The main components, including the panels, are made of noncombustible materials such as steel, plasterboard, and aluminum. The panels are individually certified as non-combustible materials, so they can be used in areas subject to interior design restrictions.

■Seismic performanceIn order to understand the earthquake resistance of the product, we installed a full-scale test specimen on a large 3-dimensional shaking table and conducted a seismic wave excitation test, which confirmed excellent earthquake resistance.

■Insulation performanceThe air layer in the hollow section provides a heat insulation effect. Performance can be further improved by filling this hollow space with glass wool. Rational air conditioning design that takes wall insulation into consideration saves energy and reduces heating and cooling costs.

■Impact performanceImpact test conducted based on JIS A6512.

■Sound insulation performanceThe hollow double structure uses two composite panels of steel and gypsum board on the front and back, providing excellent sound insulation.

■Sound absorption performanceThe randomly arranged large and small holes in the panel absorb sound in a well-balanced manner for the range of conversation in office spaces. Can be used even in locations subject to interior design restrictions.
