About This Product

■Aluminum partition + hinge panel for large openings

When dividing production lines within a factory using partitions, there are many cases in which large doors with wide openings and removable machine hatches (removable panels) are incorporated in order to allow large equipment to enter and exit. In this case, we installed a partition with hinge panels in response to a request for panels that can be easily attached and detached. Compared to standard removable panels, it is possible to create a wide opening with simple work, making it possible to greatly improve the work time when loading and unloading.

■Requests from users

・After loading and unloading the machine, it is necessary to lock it as it is a precision machine. - Since the machine is used in another department, we want to make it easy to take it in and out. ・I want to simplify the arrangement of partitions. Initially, the plan was to use removable panels, but the panels were PH2500 high, and each panel was quite heavy, making it unstable and dangerous to move by holding the panels, as it would block the view. Additionally, during the on-site survey, we explained that additional work steps would be required, such as attaching and detaching the panel receiving rails at the top and bottom of the panels. Taking these into consideration, we proposed a hinged connection panel. Since a considerable burden is placed on the hanging pillars, the partition pillars are reinforced by using the Enifa construction method. When closed, it is rounded off to secure the panel. A barlock is used for locking.
