High QA's Inspection Manager is an innovative IM_1 quality management platform that covers all the functions necessary for quality management. All inspection item data extracted from drawings and models is centrally managed in the Inspection Manager database, so all inspection operations such as subsequent inspection plan creation, measurement data collection, revision management, SPC analysis, and inspection report output can be performed seamlessly and efficiently within the same Inspection Manager application. This method is expected to dramatically reduce man-hours by more than 50% compared to conventional manual inspection operations. Features

■Inspection items such as dimensions and geometric tolerances can be balloon-attached and extracted from 2D PDF/3D CAD models with one click.

The industry's highest standard extraction engine automatically identifies each inspection item on the drawing, accurately understands diagonal dimensions, multiple indicated hole diameters, and multiple stacked geometric tolerances and dimensions, and automatically attaches balloons.

■Measurement data from any measuring device can be imported

Inspection Manager can import measurement data from any measuring device, including coordinate measuring machines, 3D scanners, measuring arms, and electronic calipers. There is also a fully automatic method for importing measurement data, in which a folder on the network is set as a watch folder, and the Inspection Manager automatically identifies measurement files placed there and imports them as measurement data.

■Input measurement data in real time from the manufacturing site using a tablet

Another option is to import (send) measurement data to Inspection Manager in real time on the manufacturing floor using a mobile device such as a tablet. The tablet displays inspection plans created with Inspection Manager, images of measurement points, videos of measurement methods, etc., and inspection workers use these as references to input measurement results into Inspection Manager in real time.
