About This Product

The HR series is placed in an aluminum case and filled with resin. By dissipating the heat generated internally using a heat sink, it is possible to make the device smaller and lighter. Ideal for high power applications of 10kW or more. *The heat sink mounting type is designed to be mounted on a surface that can dissipate heat for cooling. Please prepare a heat sink etc. when using it. The NRX series further reduces thermal resistance by half.

・Achieved miniaturization with excellent heat dissipation performance ・Can be used like a power module ・Uses Litz wire with excellent frequency characteristics to reduce skin effect ・Reduced thermal resistance between coil and case ・Insulation class B class (130℃) ・Using a case made of extruded aluminum material ・Minimize the distance between the coil and the case ・Multi-segmented core reduces eddy current loss ・Reduce stray capacitance with non-folded winding ・Reduction of eddy current loss by using Litz wire, the lowest loss in the series ・By designing the case length in 1mm increments according to the current value and inductance value, we propose optimal characteristics and the smallest shape. ・Potted structure provides excellent dust resistance, moisture resistance, and vibration resistance.
