About This Product

Litz wire, multi-segmented ferrite core, non-folding structure. This is the result of aiming for the best AC inverter. The litz wire contributes to reducing skin effect, the multi-segmented core contributes to reducing eddy current loss, and the non-folded winding contributes to reducing stray capacitance, resulting in excellent frequency characteristics. In addition, all the core gaps distributed by the multi-segmented core are placed inside the coil, and leakage magnetic flux is also minimized, eliminating heat generation problems in the surrounding chassis.

■FeaturesWhile the HB series uses flat copper wire, the HR series uses Litz wire. This is a reactor that uses Litz wire to reduce heat generation in the winding in high frequency bands. The minimum wire diameter is 0.04mm. We will propose the optimal reactor considering the frequency band used, current value, and product cost. Since the range of leakage magnetic flux is narrow, eddy current loss and loss are small. The multi-division gap structure provides good DC superposition characteristics. Also, since it uses litz wire, it is ideal as a high frequency reactor or resonance reactor.
