"NCS/HELIOS" is a system with a proven track record that continues to improve the efficiency of cost estimation work and has been sold as a packaged product of the NCS series to over 1,000 general contractors, design offices, and cost estimation offices nationwide for about 40 years.
It can be used for buildings such as S construction, RC construction, PC construction, wall type, as well as renovation work, regardless of the building usage. "NCS/HELIOS" can be used in one package, including structure, finishing, and quotation. Regarding the quantity calculation method, the quantity is calculated based on the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's standard specifications for public construction work and construction quantity estimation standards, and the output report is also complete and the quantity basis is clearly output.
