The Archicad add-on system "ADS-BT for ARCHICAD" allows you to consider volume, shade calculations, sky factor calculations, and reverse sky factor calculations on Archicad.

■Given condition settings
Set the site shape and given condition information (road width, usage zone, shading regulations, etc.) required for height restriction analysis. In addition to drawing on Archicad, the site shape can be input in a variety of ways, such as tracing using image data, inputting a triclinal quadrature diagram, etc. It is also possible to set zoning, shade regulations, etc. in urban planning, even if they span multiple areas, making it possible to calculate them all at once.
■Diagonal line/reverse shadow calculation function
Calculate the buildable space taking into account diagonal line restrictions (roads, adjacent land, north side, altitude) and shading restrictions (reverse shading). Spatial calculations can be performed using a combination of diagonal lines and reverse shading, and you can also choose between low-rise and high-rise reverse shading. In the 3D view, in addition to color-coded display for each limit, it is also possible to understand the possible building space by converting it to a grid.
In addition, in the "Building height check" that checks the diagonal line limit for the input building, parts that exceed the diagonal line limit are displayed in red.
