About This Product

■Robotics applications that allow you to experience overwhelming cost reduction effects

"OCTOPUZ" is a robotics application that combines "real simulation" that enables early detection of various problems such as interference and singularities. "Robot cell design" allows you to freely draw out a wide variety of components from electronic catalogs and layout them, including robot data from approximately 60 companies. "Offline robot programming" allows you to program extremely quickly and safely without using actual robots. We deploy multiple robots and peripheral devices from multiple manufacturers and check the operation of cells and equipment lines in real time. With a variety of functions such as a CAM import function that allows you to accurately and quickly create more complex movements by linking with CAD/CAM, a Path Finder function that instantly finds problem areas and automatically takes action, and communication tools such as 3D PDF output, it greatly contributes to improving the efficiency and reducing costs of all operations.

■Minimization of line stop time

Therefore, by using offline teaching, data can be created one after another without stopping the robot. Downtime is reduced because the downtime is data transfer, adjustment, and test run.

■Use of CAM data

CAM tool path data can be imported and used for teaching. It is effective in teaching painting, deburring, and welding. Tool path data created in CAM is analyzed by the OCTOPUZ PathFinder function and optimized to create a smooth path that is best suited for your robot.

■Reducing teaching man outsourcing costs

The cost of outsourcing to a skilled teaching person is a source of concern. This frees you from the burden of adjusting teaching time and line shifts, and allows you to do your teaching in-house.
