■Fastest data creation

The input work for each tool can be completed in about 3 minutes. By simply importing all model data and selecting the machining type and tools used, you can easily select the optimal machining method from rough machining to finishing machining. The optimal machining path obtained from actual machining and NC data are created at the same time, so you can start machining immediately.

■Automation with “calm” rather than forceful roughing

FF machining theory suppresses the rise in cutting edge temperature and keeps machining load constant. By outputting a "calm" path rather than a forceful one, we promote unmanned operation and automation. In addition to keeping the machining load constant and at a minimum while a single tool performs work, we create paths with a strong focus on continuous cutting, where the tool does not separate from the workpiece.
