About This Product
■ Significantly improves work efficiency in the inspection process. Automatically extract dimension line attributes for each shape from CAD drawings
The "Inspection Dimension Table Tool", an option of CADSUPER, automatically extracts dimension line attributes from CAD drawings and determines whether or not they are acceptable based on the input measurement values and tolerance values in the drawing. It is possible to significantly improve the work efficiency of inspection processes that require a lot of manpower.

■Automatic acquisition
Specify the shape in which dimension lines and symbols are drawn in a rectangular range. Automatically recognizes each shape range and extracts dimension lines and symbols drawn for each shape range. In the dimension line list, each shape range is displayed in different colors.
■Dimension line types and dimension symbols to be extracted
・Dimension line type: length (horizontal, vertical, parallel, standard, single arrow), radius, diameter, angle, chamfer, drawer, progressive (horizontal, vertical, parallel, radius), arc length
・Symbol: Finish symbol (old JIS, new JIS), geometric tolerance (straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity, line contour, surface contour, parallelism, squareness, inclination, position, concentricity, symmetry, circumferential runout, total runout)
・Intersection type: The following intersection types (+- notation, fitting intersection)
・Conversion of fit symbols: Convert fit symbols to tolerance values.
・Quantity recognition: Recognizes the number of pieces written on the dimension line.
■General tolerance editing function
You can add any table to General Tolerance. You can also edit common tolerances.
■Dimension position confirmation and number drawing
By selecting a dimension line in the dimension line list, you can check the position of the dimension line in the drawing. The "number drawing" function draws numbers in the dimension line list near the dimension characters. The layer and color on which the numbers are drawn can be specified in detail in the settings.
■Inspection/judgment
When you enter the measured result in the "Measurement value" column, a judgment is made based on the dimension value, tolerance (bottom), and tolerance (top), and the judgment result is displayed. If it is NG, it will be displayed in NG color.
