About This Product

■ Significantly improves work efficiency in the inspection process. Inspection sheets can be created even from paper data.

The "inspection sheet system" that automatically generates an inspection sheet reads dimension lines and tolerances from DXF/DWG drawing data, and makes a pass/fail judgment based on the input measurement values ​​and tolerance tolerances in the drawing. It is possible to significantly improve the work efficiency of inspection processes that require a lot of manpower.

■Simply select dimension lines and symbols to automatically extract them and create an inspection list.

Specify dimension lines and symbols in a rectangular range. Automatically extracts dimension lines and symbols drawn within the shape range.

■Pursuing ease of use and ease of understanding

If you turn on "Number display", the number in the dimension line list will be displayed near the dimension text. When "Dimension Replacement" is turned on, only the balloons displayed in number display will be drawn in the drawing.

■Start the inspection and determine “OK” or “NG”

To enter the determined result in the measurement value field, click the "Measurement value" field where you want to start the test. The test results are input and the measurement values ​​are automatically judged.

■Easily output a list of dimension lines

Output in Excel or Word.

■Number arbitrary character support

You can now register any characters and order in the number.

■Measurement value General tolerance Calculation formula supported

Calculation formulas can now be registered for measured values ​​and common tolerances.

■Supports dimension lines in inches

Now supports dimension lines in inches, where the integer part "0" is omitted.

■Supports multiple sheet output

It is now possible to handle cases where the formats of the first sheet and the second sheet are different when exporting to Excel.

■Note registration placement function
