■2D-like 3D modeling functionIt is possible to create 3D models with the same feel as 2D design, so it is easy to use even for designers using 3D for the first time. We support designers' free ideas with flexible modeling methods that are not influenced by "work history" or "constraint conditions."

■Effective use of existing 2D data (optional)If you use the optional CREATOR+, you can directly import existing 2D data from AutoCAD, CADSUPER, Micro CADAM, ME-10, etc. and reflect it in your model work. This eliminates unnecessary work such as re-entering the shape in 3D CAD while referring to the drawing, and shortens the design process.

■2D drawing generation function that works with 3D modelsThe created 3D assembly diagram, the 3D parts diagram it references, and the 2D assembly diagram and 2D parts diagram derived from it are changed in conjunction with changes to the 3D model. This improves design problems caused by "careless mistakes."

■Direct feature control functionYou can directly edit models imported from external sources. It is possible to automatically recognize and delete/edit machining information, and to change parametric shapes by changing added dimension values, even for models without history or constraints.

■Abundant 3D data compatibility functions (some options)Native data from high-end CAD systems such as CATIA V5, CATIA V4, and Pro/ENGINNER can be directly imported from standard 3D intermediate file formats.
