About This Product

■Features-Since the rotating DAC is surrounded by a chamber, the area around the rotating DAC can be maintained in a vacuum or in a dilute gas atmosphere.
・Since the chamber has a lead wire introduction part, it is possible to introduce a heater or thermocouple to raise the temperature or measure the temperature.
- Cooling water introduction piping is provided to prevent areas other than the center of the DAC from rising when the temperature rises.
