About This Product

Features (PS-1000/PS-1100)

■Process 8 slips at the same time, customizable

As standard, containers can be placed in eight frontages and eight orders can be picked at the same time. The frontage can be customized depending on the customer's products and efficiency. When determining the number of frontages, we selected the number 8, which would lead to the shortest travel distance and work time, based on simulation results in a test warehouse. However, it is not possible to uniformly determine the optimal width depending on the customer's site and the items handled, so we design the housing to be flexible.

■Paperless picking system (PS-1100)

By adopting electronic paper tags, we have eliminated the need for paper slips during picking operations. Based on the digitalization of logistics sites that we have been working on, ・Contributes to a paperless environment. - Optimized the distribution of slips to individual carts so that the distance traveled by all carts in a day is minimized.

■Can be introduced without changing the existing warehouse system

When introducing the multi-picking cart system, there is no need to change the logistics site system or warehouse layout.

■Can coexist with conventional picking methods

The current single picking work performed by HT etc. can also be used after the multi-picking cart system is put into operation.

■Route search technology shortens work time → Significantly reduces operating costs

It bundles multiple orders and guides workers along the optimal route. Therefore, even beginners can quickly achieve the necessary results. Our company is working on solving problems in the logistics field by collaborating with many university organizations and companies mainly in the logistics industry. The development of algorithms for route search technology was also born out of this activity, contributing to a dramatic increase in the efficiency of work time.

■Easily work even in narrow 80cm aisles

The width and depth are 57 cm, so you can easily work in an 80 cm aisle. Our engineers spent a long period of time experiencing actual logistics warehouse work. As a result, the PS-1000 standard specification cart size was determined. Cart size and ease of handling are also the deciding factors for customers who have already purchased the product.
