About This Product

■Okamochi Kobo ST-123 Smoker

Warm smoking method. Smoke for 1 to 2 hours at a temperature of 50 to 80 degrees Celsius. Ibusu-smoked food while removing moisture from the food. It is characterized by a soft texture. Hot smoking method. Smoke for 10 minutes to 2 hours at a temperature of 80 to 120 degrees Celsius. It is smoked by roasting the ingredients. It is characterized by its color and aroma.

■Features

・You can hang it in any layout, and the 3-tier smoker net allows you to place plenty of food of all sizes. ・Can be used for either hot or hot smoking by using different smoking materials (2 burners or 3 burners are required when using a heat source)
