■Description

The material used is nylon, which is the second most produced material in our company and in the world. Although it is a synthetic fiber, it is easy to dye, and is used in a wide range of applications, especially clothing. *Synthetic fiber: Fiber made from a synthetic resin called polyamide, which is mainly made from petroleum. Compared to polyester, with which it is often compared, it has higher water absorption, has unparalleled strength that is resistant to repeated deformation, is extremely durable against friction and bending, and is also highly elastic and resistant to wrinkles. It is also resistant to chemicals and oil, and is not susceptible to mold or insect damage.

■Applications

Automobile filters, agricultural equipment filters, paint filters, powder and liquid chemical filters, audio speaker nets, etc.

■Features

・Heat effect: Softening point: 230-235℃ Melting point: 250-260℃ ・Specific gravity: 1.14 ・Chemical resistance: Dissolves with concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, and strained nitric acid with partial decomposition. There is almost no decrease in strength with 50% caustic soda solution and 28% ammonia solution. ・Weather resistance: Strength may decrease slightly and yellowing may occur. ・Insect and mold effects: Completely resistant
