About This Product

Developed for burning digestive gas. A horizontal series that completely burns not only oil-fired fuel but also digestive gas, which has poor combustibility. Since it is not subject to boiler regulations, periodic inspections and operator licenses are not required. Since the inside of the can is in a vacuum state, there is no scale formation or corrosion. We have a large number of deliveries nationwide as hot water heaters for heating digesters in sewage and human waste treatment facilities.

■Features

- Labor-saving: Vacuum boilers are not subject to the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Regulations, and do not require a license or performance inspection. ・Energy saving: Not only can it be fired with oil, but it can also completely burn digestive gas, which has poor combustibility, and use heat effectively. ・Safety: Since the boiler body is vacuum, there is no risk of explosion. Water is always sealed inside the can, so there is no need to worry about it burning empty. Additionally, a thermal fuse, vacuum pressure switch, and melting plug are installed as safety devices. ・Corrosion resistance: The gas contact part of the digestion gas combustion equipment is specially processed.
